Martin & Co are letting agents who also provide property maintenance for their customers. When an electrical issue arises in their properties we are the first point of call to resolve the issue.

We provide Electrical safety certificates, PAT testing, Repairs, maintenance and emergency call outs for Martin & Co and have done for several years. We treat our letting agent clients like all our other clients and aim to get to call outs as quickly as possible so that their tenants aren’t left in the dark for long. We aim to repair all faults whilst on site where possible to cause minimum disturbance but on odd occasions we do need to make more than on visit.

When called for an emergency call out for a tenant we never really know what we are going to be up against until we arrive, some emergency call outs are quick and easy, such as replacing a single light that does not work. Others can be more difficult to solve, like when a customer has no power, this is often due to a faulty appliance or a fault in the wiring. Wiring faults can be difficult to find if you are not experienced but we have Engineers with years of experience in the field and specialise in fault finding to this level.
