‘’Over the last few months I have experienced a great deal of problems with the electrics in my house.  They keep tripping! I have had electricians and electricians – who all charged me and the problems never went away, they did! This morning after a really bad two day of the “tripping” your man Derek arrived. I think he must have been my Christmas Angel. He attacked the problem straight away and rectified it to the best of his ability, advising me that I do need to upgrade the system. I need to go on a machine three times a day because I have severe C.O.P.D.  I was getting so worried.

About 

As you can see from the feedback above our client had been experiencing problems for some time. Although just a small domestic customer we treat all of our customers like our biggest client. This customer had already called out several electricians, none of which could find and rectify the fault. Our engineer was in and out quickly and had the issue rectified in no time.

Summary

Our customer was an elderly lady with C.O.P.D which meant she relied on her electrical equipment several times a day. So, when her power was going off a few times a day this was worrying for her. Our engineer found the issue and resolved it within an hour and got the customers electrics back up and running.

We were able to:

  • Gave a fast and effective solution for the client, whilst being polite and courteous.
  • Showed our technical knowledge and skill as electricians.
  • Resolved the issue quickly and professionally.

Challenges 

  • Our client had already been let down by several electricians that had been trying to resolve this issue.
  •  She had started losing hope and thought the issue may not be fixable.

How we helped 

We went into this job expecting a challenge. Often when you hear that the client has already had several electricians out before you, you expect the worst. Luckily our engineer had seen similar issues and knew exactly what to look for. Our client was delighted when we told them that we had found the fault and rectified it.

 Results

  • Provided a professional and affordable service whilst being polite and courteous to the customer. Leaving the customer happy with the service provided and willing to use us again when they have electrical problems in the future.
